South County Quality Care offers periodically a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program which is also licensed by the State of Rhode Island. Several of the staff have been trained in that program and have completed clinical portions of the class at South County Hospital.

Certified Nursing Assistants provide the "hands on" care with bathing, dressing, exercise programs, meal preparation and much more. They are gentle, caring and professional. They are client centered in their care and committed to excellent service. Communication is frequent between the Registered Nurses who supervise the Certified Nursing Assistant and South County Quality Care is known for the outstanding coordination of care.
